In instances where carriers are unable to deliver the package to the specified shipping address provided by the customer. In such cases, the package will be held at a designated Pick Up Point. Failure to collect the package within the specified timeframe may result in additional costs for the buyer. Therefore, we advise ensuring availability to receive the package or arrange for timely pick-up at the designated Pick Up Point.
