Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed by customers through the online shop of Footbalshop.
Registration
2.1 Only customers who have completed accurate and truthful registration are permitted to make purchases at Footbalshop.
2.2 The creation and use of multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
2.3 Commercial use for the purpose of reselling goods to third parties is also prohibited.
2.4 Violations of these terms may result in immediate exclusion and the pursuit of damages by Footbalshop. Footbalshop may also restrict maximum delivery quantities per item and customer.
Contract Conclusion
3.1 Product presentation in the online shop is an invitation to order, not a legally binding offer.
3.2 Clicking the “complete order” button in the shopping basket constitutes a binding offer from the customer.
3.3 The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order. A binding contract is established only upon Footbalshop’s confirmation of dispatch by email (shipping confirmation), or upon delivery of the goods.
3.4 If products become unavailable during order processing, the customer will be notified by email, and no contract for the unavailable goods will be created.
Prices and Shipping Costs
4.1 Prices listed in the Footbalshop online shop at the time of ordering are applicable. Prices are net, inclusive of statutory VAT.
4.2 Postage and packaging are additional to all orders. Actual total invoice amounts depend on delivery and payment methods. Exact shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. Free shipping may be offered in exceptional cases or during special promotions.
Delivery Terms
5.1 Worldwide delivery is available.
5.2 Warehouse items are typically ready for dispatch, while custom-made items may require four to six business days.
5.3 Claims for damages due to late delivery are excluded.
5.4 If delivery fails due to the customer’s fault, Footbalshop may withdraw from the contract and refund any payments made.
Payment Terms
6.1 Payment options include Credit Card, Paypal, or bank transfer, processed via PayPal, Shopify Payments, Klarna, or others as appropriate.
6.2 Footbalshop may cancel or suspend orders if:
(a) the customer appears to be not creditworthy,
(b) multiple payment reminders have been issued,
(c) there are justified suspicions of dishonest intentions.

Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Footbalshop until full payment is received.
